Return & Refund policy

Returns 
7DAYZ provides returns for all item except sale items (and purchased via any discount code), promotion items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items. 

Refund
Refund via Account's Store Credit at www.7dayz.com.my only.

Exchange
We don't accept return but exchange. We will return your exchange item value via Store Credit term and kindly use the store credit to place a new order with your preferred size. We do not refund cash on purchased item. Tentatively you may walk in to our outlets for exchange. Products must be in original condition with prof of receipt.

Defective
Products must be in original condition with proof of receipt.We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed.




Guideline for return

Step 1: Email us at eops.7dayz@gmail.com with template below

Step 2: Wait our email reply before mail out. Return the item to :

Step 3: Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item. 

We will email you once we receive your returned item and your return request will be processed within 3 working days.


7DAYZ return policy

  • All returns have to be informed via email within 5 working days from date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
  • Returns are provided for all items (except sales/promotion items, intimates, accessories and bag).
  • All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn with the tag attached, packed in original packaging. Item which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
  • We reserve the right to reject returned item.
  • We provides store credit refund via www.7dayz.com.my 
  • Store credit can be use for any kind of purchase and non expiry.
  • Buyers are responsible for returning parcel. 
  • If we find the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper care, damaged, deteriorated through wear and tear, damaged caused by incorrect attempt at modification or repair, or any conditions other than it's original condition; we reserve the right not to replace or refund. We may require you to pay all the reasonable shipping costs and servicing costs at our current standard fee and cost.

*Initial Shipping Cost of RM 5 (RM6 for Sabah and Sarawak), will be charged for each returned item if free shipping provided on your order. Fare difference may apply.

  • Any duplication payment via eGHL will be refunded via store credit (full amount). If you choose to cancel the duplicated eGHL payment and refund to your bank account, 3% of transaction fee will be charged. It will takes 7-10 working days for refund.
  • 7DAYZ reserves the right for final decision.
  • 7DAYZ reserves the right amend policy without prior notice.
