Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Terms of Service') carefully before using the www.7dayz.com.my website (the 'Service') operated by Parkson Private Label Sdn Bhd ('us', 'we', or 'our').
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Parkson Private Label Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification.
ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
GENERAL
A. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, exclude weekend and public holidays.
B. Sales enquiry related, kindly email us at eops.7dayz@gmail.com with your order number.
C. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended within 1-2 working days.
ORDER
A. Please ensure you have select correct item(s) in term of color and size before payment. Parkson Private Label Sdn Bhd do not allow any amendment on completed orders.
B. We accept payment via eGHL payment gateway.
C. Strictly no refund after payment made.
D. Parkson Private Label Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject/cancel any order(s) without prior notice.
DELIVERY
A. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Malaysia)
B. Kindly ensure address filled up is correct together your contact number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result delay in delivery. Rearrangement delivery fee will apply on returned parcel.
C. Parkson Private Label Sdn Bhd is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
D. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
E. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country.

DISCOUNT CODES/ VOUCHERS
A. Discount codes or vouchers can be redeem upon checkout.
B. Discount codes or vouchers come with an expiry date.
C. Discount codes or vouchers are non-extendable, non-exchangeable and returnable.
D. Discount codes or vouchers is not allow to convert into store credit or cash.
STORE CREDITS
A. Store credits issued by 7DAYZ can use on any purchase.
B. To redeem credits, please login your account. Select payment type "Store Credits" during check out.
C. Store credits do not have an expiry date.
D. Store credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
A. Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
B. For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to die cut of fabric.
C. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
D. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
A. All defect / wrong size orders return allowed within 3 working days from date of parcel received as per "Order Tracking Apps". Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
B. All return items must be in their original condition with tag intact. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Click here for more details.
